However, with due respect, now that I’ve watches your video for this segment, I’d like to suggest the following for consideration.

Let’s not forget about Ian Fleming in this effort. I’ve made my self a vocal no-longer-minority in expressing concern that “official” histories this year seem to be forgetting who brung ‘em to the party. That doesn’t mean you have to rigidly follow the description above; but neither should you dismiss it without consideration.

So–

1. Mr Fleming’s “Live and Let Die” novel (1954) may provide empathy, if not instruction, for your workout routine. And don’t forget Bond’s own physical rehab as described in the 1961 book “Thunderball.”

2. “Moonraker” (1955) is your casino reference. Forget “Texas Hold ‘em,” which wasn’t Bond at all. It was a cynical view of audiences’ inability to follow the authentic sort of card games 007 actually would have played.

3. Consider Bentley Motors as well as or as an alternative to Aston Martin.

4. Add “use my watch as an actual knuckleduster” to your combat list. Take it from someone who felt compelled to see what it actually felt like: You’ll know you’ve been somewhere after.

5. You seem to have omitted “Bond girls” from your list. Admittedly, not Daniel Craig’s strong suit (by a long shot). But I can’t fathom how anyone could come to any sort of true understanding of the James Bond lifestyle without deeply exploring this aspect of 007′s world.
