Dell -

Thanks for all the help!

I will check out all your suggestions here. Unfortunately, for #5 - I am married. Will have to pass on that one.

I consider my wife to be "M", i.e. "The Boss". The only missions I can go on are approved by her.

Been enjoying your suggestions!

Won't touch the handkerchief question.

However, with due respect, now that I've watches your video for this segment, I'd like to suggest the following for consideration.

Let's not forget about Ian Fleming in this effort. I've made my self a vocal no-longer-minority in expressing concern that "official" histories this year seem to be forgetting who brung 'em to the party. That doesn't mean you have to rigidly follow the description above; but neither should you dismiss it without consideration.

So--

1. Mr Fleming's "Live and Let Die" novel (1954) may provide empathy, if not instruction, for your workout routine. And don't forget Bond's own physical rehab as described in the 1961 book "Thunderball."

2. "Moonraker" (1955) is your casino reference. Forget "Texas Hold 'em," which wasn't Bond at all. It was a cynical view of audiences' inability to follow the authentic sort of card games 007 actually would have played.

3. Consider Bentley Motors as well as or as an alternative to Aston Martin.

4. Add "use my watch as an actual knuckleduster" to your combat list. Take it from someone who felt compelled to see what it actually felt like: You'll know you've been somewhere after.

5. You seem to have omitted "Bond girls" from your list. Admittedly, not Daniel Craig's strong suit (by a long shot). But I can't fathom how anyone could come to any sort of true understanding of the James Bond lifestyle without deeply exploring this aspect of 007's world.

Respectfully submitted--.

A Rolex Sea Dweller for me if I was 'Bond', the Deep Sea Sea Dweller (DSSD) is too big. The new Omegas are a bit too blingy (Planet Ocean etc), the Speedmaster Pro is a beauty but not properly water proof for someone who ends up in water a lot! AP/Hublot too blingy for an all rounder and not as bomb proof as the Sea Dweller.
