The Bank Roll
We had three photo options to choose from: Sean in front of a motorcycle; Sean holding up a bra; and Sean holding a Kukri in one hand and scary clown mask in the other. We felt this one was better. Sean "The Bank Roll" Cheng making money just by sitting down.
Sean Cheng serves as Director of Investor Relations in a Real Estate Development firm, J Development LLC, and also a managing partner at Agera Global a private investment fund.
Sean has a degree in architecture, and real estate development from the University of Southern California, where he also started working with David Park in J Development, approaching real estate development through senior low-income housing. Sean also develops and coordinates investment structuring to achieve maximum efficiency in fund performance, on a medium to long-term basis.
Sean is also an active board member of the USC Trojan Real Estate Association as director of membership, with a network of around a thousand real estate professionals and students across California.
In his free time, Sean likes to pop bottles in the club. Lots of them.
