The Factory Five Type 65 Coupe.
The Factory 5 Type 65 Coupe is a replica of the original cars built by Carroll Shelby between 1964 and 1965 to compete in the GT class. Factory 5 has done a great job sticking true to the original and I definitely wouldn’t mind having one in my own driveway.
The kit itself isn’t too expensive and ranges between $15,000 to $21,000. You do, however, need to get some “donor” parts to complete the car such as engine/transmission/rear end, wheels/tires, and a paint job.

Oh, and one minor detail: you are going to have to build it.
I’m sure your wife/girlfriend/room mate will love the fact that there will be a million car pieces in your garage for 2 years. But that’s what it’s all about, right?
