CLASSIC TV: Top Gear
Every gear head/petrol head out there knows what the BBC show Top Gear is all about – 3 crazy, funny, car fanatical middle aged men were basically given a tv show to do, well, whatever the hell they want.
The three main hosts are Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May. Although their dress and hairstyle selection is questionable, they are on point with everything that comes to the automotive world.
They also have their tame race driver, The Stig, who doesn’t speak a word yet drives cars with the utmost precision and accuracy.
Have you ever seen a car go against gunships from Her Majesty’s royal army? What about a race between a jet fighter and a Bugatti? How about a race between parachute skiiers and an Audi RS4?
They’ve done all of that and more.
If you’ve never caught their show, set your DVR recording for BBC America right now. No seriously, we’ll wait.
Done? Great. For more information on the show, you can visit their official website here. To view some video clips without going on the “telly”, check out their channel on youtube.com.
