DREAM GARAGE: Project Kahn Aston Martin Vanquish

I know that some people out there might disagree, but I think that the Aston Martin Vanquish is and always will be one of the most beautiful cars built.  Ever.

The folks at Kahn Designs found a way to make it even more beautiful that the original by creating a slew of add-ons and parts which, once added, make it seem like they should have always been on the car in the first place.

Now you’re probably thinking to yourself, “where do I sign up?”

Hang on there, partner.

First off, you need to stop driving around your parents car.  Second, you need to save enough change to purchase a used Aston Martin Vanquish.  Third, you need to get more cash to pay for the add-ons from Kahn Designs.

And trust me, it’s some serious cash.

Just out of curiosity, I contacted the North American representative to see how much the wheels were (back in 2007).  For a set of 4, the price quoted to me for the 20″ RS-V1 was $8k without tires.  With inflation and everything else, the price is probably a little bit higher.

But hey, they look good.  I would get them if I could afford them and if I owned a Vanquish.
