Do you remember Consequence?  That dude that used to mess with Tribe Called Quest (his cousin is Q-Tip after all) back in the day?

A few years ago he hooked up with Kanye’s GOOD Music and put out a solid album, highlighted by what was my ring tone for months, Callin’ Me.  You remember now, right?

Don’t feel bad if you slept on Cons, I forgive you.  But he’s back, and this time around you have no excuses.  Once again he’s teamed up with Kanye and the rest of the GOOD crew.  He just dropped a new song featuring Kanye and John Legend (I told you this was good!).  Thought maybe it was time to retire that Lady GaGa cd you’ve had in your car for the last three months and give ya something new to ride with.

30 is the new 20 and pink is the new purple.

If you’ve been keeping your ears to the street (and by street I mean blogosphere), then you are aware that we’re slowly getting to hear pieces of Jigga Man’s upcoming release, Blueprint 3.

So far we’re seeing a lot of tracks produced by Timbaland and a declaration against voice altering (breast altering is still cool though right?).  With an expected star studded cast, we’ve only got a peek with the addition of KanYe and Rihanna.

Looks like Mr. 30 is the new 20 may actually have aged to perfection.  Let’s hope the rest of the album is as solid as the tracks leaked so far.  Oh, you wanna hear these tracks?  No prob.  And if you wanna try and download them I would head over to the Hype Machine and see which blogs are trying to get ceast and desists.
