It's time to check out the Cleo Restaurant at The Redbury. Image from

Sometimes you just have to believe the hype.

A few friends and I had a chance to visit the latest restaurant from the folks at the SBE Collection: Cleo Restaurant at the Redbury Hotel.

Sheek in a 50’s retro-modern awesome kind of way, this place hits all the marks with their ambience, food and impeccable service.

Taking advantage of the tapas-style format, we got to try a lot of things on the menu.  Our recommendation?  Try everything because everything is good.

Ok, fine – the dishes that stood out for us that evening were:

  • The Brussel Sprouts (yeah dude, brussel sprouts)
  • The Borek
  • The Beef Kebab
  • The Scallops
  • Any of the flatbreads

For more information, you can visit Cleo Restaurant’s official website at  And since this is L.A., you’re going to want to make reservations.

To create Essential Style for Men, mix 2 parts petrol, 1 part secret agent, 1 part rock and roll, 1 part hip-hop and a shot of tequila in a shaker with ice and vigorously shake for 20 seconds. Pour into a martini glass rimmed with explosives and have a supermodel serve for all your friends to enjoy.
