Okay so if you’re in a major metropolitan area, you have probably seen these places popping up everywhere. The architecture and layout really peaked my interest, so after 5 years of giving myself a buzz cut, I figured this would be the best place to get back into the swing of things.
When I walked in, I felt comfortable right away. The walls are lined with rock-and-roll posters and there are TV’s everywhere to keep your A.D.D. mind busy.
But, as you start observing a little more, your realize that it is still a hair salon under the guise of a dude hangout. The big giveaway was all the up to date hair products lining the walls.
To be honest, I didn’t mind. The place was pretty cool and the prices are pretty reasonable (about $21 for a haircut). I got in and out of there pretty quickly too.
And for the haircut? It was decent and did the job. In my book, all these things equate to a pretty good place to get your hair cut for a twenty.
